One of the DscD's aims is to overcome the difficulty of quoting a document whose page numerations belong to different editions. The solution will allow the user to follow the influences that a text could have suffered,
independently of the used editions by the author. As you know, this is really important when dealing with classic authors' work. This is what I have done with Kant's published work concerning original editions and those of Rosenkranz, Hartenstein, Kirchmann, Akademie, Vorländer, Cassirer and Weischedel, following the work done by N. Hinske and W. Weischedel in their Kant-Seitenkonkordanz (1970).
